中国出身のモデル、る鹿（ルカ・28）をご存知だろうか。黒髪のおかっぱ頭がトレードマークで、
Instagramのフォロワー数は現在28万5000人と若者の間で大人気なのだ。
彼女の私生活は謎に包まれていたが、実は日本人と結婚、さらに不倫の末に離婚までしていたという。昨年4月に出版された初のフォトエッセイ集「る鹿的一切 FASHION STYLE NOTE」（宝島社）で、彼女はこれまでの人生について語っている。
それによると、92年に重慶で産まれた彼女は、12年に重慶師範大学美術学院に入学。
14年に休学して、山梨に語学留学。そこから原宿に遊びに行った時にスカウトされ、モデルになったという。
著書にはわざわざ履歴書も掲載されているのだが、16年以降の記述は全くない。芸能記者は言う。「日本でモデルを始めたのは15年から。以来、『mini』などのファッション誌はもちろん、翌16年にはサカナクションの『多分、風。』のミュージックビデオにも出演。
ファッションブランド『DEERTRIP』を経営するなど実業家でもある。
Instagramのフォロワーは28万人を超えるインフルエンサーで、今年1月にはゆらゆら帝国の『空洞です』のカバーで歌手デビューも果たしました」まさに飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いだ。実は、彼女にはまだ知られていない“経歴”があるという。
3年足らずで離婚
「彼女、18年3月に日本人と結婚していたんです。もちろん公表はしていません。お相手は仮にAさんとしておきましょう。
もっとも今年2月に離婚してしまいましたけどね。離婚の原因は彼女の不倫です。自宅に若い台湾人モデルを連れ込んでいたのがバレてしまったんです」とは、夫婦をよく知る人物である。
「Aさんはパリコレまで行ったトップクラスのモデルでした。しかし、彼女のビザ取得のために、モデルの世界から身を引いたんです」
彼女のビザ取得のために、なぜモデルを辞めなければならないのか。
「それまで彼女は、モデル業を行うための興行ビザで日本に滞在していました。それでは3カ月ごとに更新しなくてはならないそうなんです。
そこで彼女は日本のモデルエージェントとの仲介をするマザーエージェンシー業務を行う会社も経営しているので、
その会社を使って経営管理ビザを取得しようとしたのです。それなら1年は有効なんだそうです。
ただし、経営管理ビザを取得するためには、会社には日本人の従業員が必要になる。

それにしても、Aさんもよくモデルを辞めたものだ。
「彼女のためにと思ったんでしょう。Aさんのおかげで経営管理ビザは取得できたのですが、彼女の会社が赤字に陥り、更新はできなかったそうです。
それもあって、2年の交際期間があったAさんは彼女に結婚を申し込み、18年3月に結婚したんです。結果、彼女は配偶者ビザを手に入れることができました」やはり国際結婚は色々と大変だ。
「配偶者ビザを取得して3年経てば、永住権を手に入れることができます。彼女は、結婚はモデルの仕事に支障になるからと、
式を挙げることもなく、公表もしませんでした。とはいえ、二人は一緒に暮らしていましたし、お互いの実家へも行って挨拶を済ませた。
中国から彼女の親御さんが日本に来ることもあったそうです」ところが、今年に入って転機は訪れた。
「昨年末まで二人は都内で暮らしていたのですが、彼女がどうしても逗子に住みたいと言い出した。
以前から好きな場所だったそうで、モデルにとっては業界人も多いので憧れがあったんでしょうね。
彼女は逗子に部屋を見つけて、11月に引っ越しました。Aさんは都内で仕事があるので、
逗子から電車1本で通える都心寄りの場所に仕事用の部屋を借りました」別居生活に？
「いえ、週に3～4日は逗子で一緒に過ごしていました。昨年のクリスマスも一緒だったと。
しかし、今年1月27日、彼女は若いモデルと逗子の家で一夜を共にしたそうなんです」なぜ、不倫が発覚したのだろう。
「Aさんが28日に逗子の家に行った時のこと。その時、彼女はいませんでしたが、部屋の様子がなんだかいつもと違うことに気がついたそうです。
そこで電話で問い詰めると、不倫を認めた。その上で彼女は『どこが悪いの？ あなたに関係ないでしょ。私の自由でしょ』と逆ギレしたそうです」どこが悪いと問われても、彼女はAさんの妻である。
「Aさんは精神科に通うほど体調を崩したそうです。彼女に惚れていたんでしょうね。
今年3月には結婚して丸3年を迎えることができ、念願だった永住権も手に入るわけです。
だから、その時だけは許してあげることにした。その代わり、相手の男とは距離を置くよう約束させたそうです。
ところが、彼女はその日の夜、再び男と一緒に過ごしたといいます」もはや話にならない。
「さすがにAさんも、離婚を決意したそうです。ところが、今度は彼女が永住権の取得に協力を求めてきたのです」
彼女から謝罪の言葉くらいあったのだろうか。
「それがまったく……。それどころか、『（永住権）申請のために、婚姻の形を残している』とまで言われたそうです。
不倫相手との交際も続いていて、SNSには互いの服を交換したり、二人で同じメッセージを投稿したり、わざわざ“すき”と書き込んだり、
わかる人だけがわかる“匂わせ”を続けていたそうです。しかも、離婚に至るまでずっと不倫相手と半同棲状態だったといいますから、
すでに配偶者としての在留資格が取り消されてもおかしくない状態でした。Aさんは自分はビザのために利用されたと悟ったそうです」 - 結局、2月24日に二人は離婚したという。とはいえ、にわかには信じられない話である。はたして事実なのか、
る鹿の所属事務所に連絡に問い合わせると、メールで返答があった。《お問い合わせ頂いた件につきましては下記、○○○が一任しております為、そちらにご連絡頂けますと幸いです。》
と、弁護士の名を挙げてきたのである。仕方がないので、弁護士に聞いた。
――る鹿さんと日本人男性が結婚、そして離婚していたというのは事実なのか。
弁護士:事実ではございません。――結婚も離婚もしていないということか。
弁護士:事実としては誤りです。それ以上はお答えできません。――事実として、何が間違っているのでしょうか。
弁護士:うーん、それ以上はちょっと難しいですね。――それはなぜですか。
弁護士:理由についてお答えする必要はございません。――離婚の原因は、る鹿さんの不倫だと聞いているが。
弁護士:明確な誤りですね。――何が誤りなのでしょうか。
弁護士:それはお答えできません。この繰り返しなのである。そこでAさんに直接聞いた。
A氏:どこから聞いたんですか。これは二人だけの話ですから。
だが、る鹿の事務所が一任しているという弁護士は、結婚、離婚の事実すら否定していることを伝えると、
A氏:そんなはずありません。私たちは18年3月21日に結婚し、今年2月24日に離婚しています。戸籍にも記載されてあることは確認しております。
結婚と離婚は事実のようだ。そして、これまでの経緯も認めた上でこう語った。
A氏:確かに永住権取得の協力を求められました。離婚する前、別居などバレなければいいじゃんと、彼女は言っていましたが、
犯罪に加担するようなことはできないとキッパリ断りました。すでに私たちは離婚したので、彼女の配偶者ビザはなくなっていると思いますが……。なぜ、彼女はそこまでして在留ビザにこだわるのだろうか。
