- 中学生を匿名ブログで中傷 66歳男性に侮辱罪で略式命令
在日コリアンを親に持つ川崎市在住の男子高校生（16）をネット上の匿名ブログで中傷したとして、
川崎簡裁が大分市在住の男（66）に侮辱罪で科料9千円の略式命令を出していたことがわかった略式命令を受けたのは、「写楽・・・支那・韓国朝鮮の真実『写楽』ブログ 日本が大好きでアンチ＆排除支那韓国朝鮮ブログ」（タイトルは当時）の管理人だ。
そもそもの発端は、2018年上旬に川崎で開催された音楽イベントに関する新聞記事だ。地元紙で、在日コリアンの男子生徒のコメントが紹介されていた。
「写楽」ではこの新聞記事や生徒の本名を掲載した、「在日という悪性外来寄生生物種」というブログ記事を公開。
「日本国内に『生息』している在日」「おまエラ不逞朝鮮人」「チョーセン・ヒトモドキ」「通名か本名に統一しろよ」などという言葉を並べていたという。
ブログ記事は、男子生徒の名前で検索すると上位に表示されていた。
また、この「写楽」に限らず、ネット上では匿名掲示板をはじめとし、同様の書き込みが大量にされていたという。 - ヒェッ
