- 会員制交流サイト（ＳＮＳ）で知り合った女子高校生に現金を渡してみだらな行為をしたなどとして、大阪府警寝屋川署は３０日、児童買春・ポルノ禁止法違反（買春）などの疑いで、兵庫県伊丹市の元市立小学校長で市立総合教育センター非常勤職員の男（６２）＝同県伊丹市千増６＝を逮捕した。市は同日付で懲戒免職処分にしたと発表した。

逮捕容疑は昨年９～１１月の間、当時高校生だった少女が１８歳未満と知りながら、複数回にわたって大阪市のホテルで１回当たり現金１万５千円を渡し、みだらな行為をした疑い。「未成年との認識はなかった」と一部否認しているという。
また、伊丹市教育委員会によると同年８～９月には、ツイッター上で「もも」という名前の女子中学生をかたり、ネット上で入手したわいせつ画像を女子中学生が自分で撮影した裸の写真であるかのようにみせかけて１枚５００円程度で販売していたという。
今月１１日、同署から任意同行を求められ、翌１２日に一連の行為を自ら市教委に申告。伊丹市教委は事情を聴いて処分した。男は「魔が差した。教員が絶対にしてはいけないことに手をつけてしまった。子どもたちに顔向けできない」と話したという。
男は１９８１年に伊丹市立小学校の教員になり、同市内の小学校２校で校長を務めて２０１９年に定年退職。２０年４月から市立総合教育センターで不登校の子どもらを支援する「適応教室」の指導員をしていた。
